Customer Reviews
Users largely praise Woofz for its visually appealing design, clear presentation, and effective gentle training methods. Many find the introductory content helpful and express excitement about the app's potential. However, significant concerns emerge around cost: while some enjoy the trial, many criticize high subscription fees, misleading ads about free content, and unauthorized recurring charges. Technical stability is a major pain point—several users report the app freezing, showing a blank screen, or becoming unusable mid-subscription. Customer support receives mixed reviews; some find it responsive, while others describe it as unhelpful and refuse refunds. Language limitations frustrate non-English speakers, as translation stops after level 1. Training approach also divides opinion: some deem methods reliable, but others question forcing dogs into positions, labeling it counterproductive. Overall, Woofz offers quality content but suffers from pricing transparency, technical bugs, and accessibility issues.
