Customer Reviews
Users widely praise the app for accurate forecasts, intuitive design, and beautiful, customizable widgets. Many appreciate its seamless performance and long-term reliability. However, recent updates have sparked significant controversy. The most common complaint is excessive, intrusive ads—full-screen videos, unskippable prompts, and ads triggered by widget touches. While some users find the free version acceptable or gladly pay for ad-free Pro, many others feel the app has become unusable. Another contentious issue is functionality: some report flawless location detection and auto-update, while others face setup freezes, location rejection, and widget display errors (e.g., unrealistic temperatures). Pro version problems, such as revoked licenses after phone transfers or demands for higher renewal fees, also frustrate loyal users. Interface design draws mixed feedback: some love the transparency and control, while critics find icons too small and font sizes inconsistent. Overall, the app delivers strong core weather data and aesthetics, but its growing ad load and inconsistent performance drive many long-time users to seek alternatives.
