Customer Reviews
Tile: Making Things Findable is widely praised for its reliability in locating misplaced items like keys, wallets, and earbuds—users frequently call it a lifesaver. The app is noted for its ease of use, free basic functionality, and effective phone-finding feature. However, several key issues emerge: some users report the in-app map fails to load, the find-my-phone feature only works when the app is active, and there are complaints about excessive false alerts after updates. While the tracker generally works well at home, location updates can lag for hours outdoors. Volume at maximum is considered too low by some, and the lack of dark mode and settings search are design flaws. Overall, it's a handy tool for forgetful users but has room for improvement in consistency and app polish.
