Customer Reviews
Many users appreciate the app for its spooky yet captivating experience, with some finding it genuinely meaningful for spirit communication or enjoying it as a fun adventure with friends. However, opinions are sharply divided on key dimensions. "Authenticity:" Some claim the app is trustworthy and offers accurate responses, even knowing user locations. Yet others label it fake, citing inconsistencies like a Malaysian ghost speaking English or random sound effects unrelated to queries. "Functionality:" A few report successful interaction and text mode, while many complain of no voices, no text responses, or only repetitive phrases like “this is house.” The advertised text mode is often missing, leaving only start/stop buttons. "Audio Quality:" Mixed feedback—some find static present but acceptable, but most criticize low volume, excessive noise, and even silencing when certain words like “God” are mentioned. "Content Repetition:" A dominant complaint is that the app loops the same phrases endlessly (e.g., “I’m scared,” “Bloody Mary”), causing boredom and lack of engagement. "Value vs. Description:" Though a minority call it perfect, the majority feel it’s a waste of money, lacking customization, instructions, or any useful function. Many compare it unfavorably to free alternatives and suspect paid fake reviews. Overall, while a few find it thrilling, the app is widely seen as disappointing, repetitive, and not living up to its promises.
