Customer Reviews
Users generally appreciate the app's ease of use, efficiency, and smooth pre-sale ticket purchasing experience. Key strengths include intuitive navigation and good value for multi-pack purchases. However, major issues persist: many users report frequent crashes, graphical glitches, and blank screens when trying to view tickets or events. While some find the login and ticket access process straightforward, others encounter persistent login errors, 'suspicious activity' warnings, and forced re-logins. Ticket visibility is highly inconsistent—some enjoy seamless access, but a significant number cannot see purchased tickets or previous events at all. Service fees are criticized as unjustified, though pre-sale offers are valued. Overall, the app's reliability is a major pain point, with stability and ticket display problems undermining its potential.
