Customer Reviews
Users widely praise the app's core innovation—using three words to define any location with remarkable precision, which can be especially helpful in areas where GPS is weak. Many find it enjoyable and useful for sharing exact spots. However, opinions diverge on key dimensions: Accuracy is lauded as 'perfect and frighteningly precise' by some, while others report wild GPS drifting that makes the 3x3m grid useless. Practicality is another split—some appreciate its value when Google Maps fails, but critics argue it solves no real problem and adds unnecessary complexity. The most divisive aspect is monetization: while some accept the subscription for Pro features, a growing number of users feel the free version has been crippled by intrusive ads and a pushy paywall, with core functions locked behind a costly yearly fee. Many also complain about obnoxious push notifications and a difficult cancellation process. Overall, the app's promise is strong, but its current business model and execution frustrate a significant portion of its user base.
