Customer Reviews
Users generally praise the app's core functionality for storing travel tickets and boarding passes, with some calling it 'amazing' or 'very useful' for keeping documents handy. However, recent updates have introduced pervasive, full-screen ads that appear on every launch and are difficult to dismiss, making the free version nearly unusable in time-sensitive situations. While some users still find the app works great for everyday use, many report that ads have ruined the experience—forcing them to wait through videos before accessing tickets, which annoys both users and those waiting in line. The paid ad-removal subscription at €14.99 per week is widely criticized as extortionate and unreasonable, especially for occasional users. Other concerns include startup slowness, inability to work offline, and failed ticket imports. A few users note that the app used to be excellent but has degraded significantly. Overall, the app's utility is overshadowed by aggressive monetization and performance issues.
