Customer Reviews
Users generally appreciate Ullu's wide variety of channels and smooth performance when it works, with many praising its seamless interface and excellent functionality. However, critical issues dominate feedback. Key dimensions: "Content & Updates" – Positive: users enjoy diverse content including Nepali films and free videos. Negative: some find content boring or limited to paid users only. "Login & Subscription" – A major pain point: many report login failures after subscription, SIM card issues, and inability to receive OTP. The app only allows one-device login, causing downloaded videos to stop on other devices. Customer support is often unhelpful. "Performance & Reliability" – While some find it smooth, others report the app fails to open, home page won't load, and videos loop endlessly. Post-subscription problems are common. "Value & Design" – Mixed: some say it's user-friendly and worth recommending, while others call it poorly designed and a waste of money. Overall, Ullu offers good potential but suffers from serious technical and support flaws that frustrate many users.
