Customer Reviews
Users generally appreciate the engaging and exciting content, especially premium comics and +18 material, with some praising the app’s simplicity and point-earning system. However, critical issues dominate feedback. Key concerns: 1) Subscription & payment – many report being charged incorrectly, unable to cancel or get refunds, and VIP memberships expiring early or not activating; some enjoy the value while others call it a scam. 2) Content access – certain comics require VIP even mid-story, and +18 content is restricted on the app but accessible via website, causing frustration; a few note this is expected for youth protection. 3) App performance – frequent slow loading, forced logouts, and login failures; some find it usable while others recommend the website instead. 4) Account management – difficulty deleting accounts or removing family subscriptions. Although the content is widely loved, the subscription system and technical glitches leave many disappointed.
