Customer Reviews
The TickPick app is widely praised for its competitive pricing, lack of hidden fees, and user-friendly interface. Many users appreciate the seamless experience, excellent deals, and reliable service. However, there are significant concerns about ticket delivery and customer support. Some users report that tickets are not sent directly but require additional steps through other platforms like Ticketmaster, leading to lost access and failed transfers. While many find the app efficient and trustworthy, others have experienced bugs, unresponsive customer service, and instances where tickets were never received. The app's refund and account deletion policies also draw criticism. Overall, TickPick offers great value for many, but potential buyers should be cautious about transfer complexities and support responsiveness.
