Customer Reviews
Ralphs app generally earns praise for saving money with digital coupons, offering fresh produce and quality meats, and providing a simple navigation experience. Many users appreciate the helpful staff and diverse deli selection. However, key functionality issues draw significant criticism. While some users find coupon clipping and weekly ad feeds effective, others report that coupons fail to load or apply correctly, and weekly ads either won't display or update inconsistently. The app's security requirement is incompatible with some phones, and push notifications mix promotional messages with order updates against user preferences. A major recurring complaint involves bugs: adding items to shopping lists often shows 'Product Info Not Available,' and users must uninstall and reinstall to see newly clipped coupons from the desktop. Pickup orders also have issues where out-of-stock items reduce totals below coupon thresholds, causing discounts to be removed. Performance is described as slow and buggy, with forced updates and frequent re-login demands. Overall, the app offers valuable savings but suffers from poor maintenance and inconsistent reliability.
