Users generally praise the Nuki Smart Lock for its excellent security, ease of use, and reliable performance, with many calling it the best lock they’ve had. The app is described as intuitive and great for daily keyless entry. However, opinions diverge on reliability: while several users report flawless operation over years, others frequently face connection drops, delayed unlocking when two users arrive together, and auto-unlock failures. Features like night mode receive mixed feedback—some appreciate it, others want configurable key turns. The app’s persistent location permission requests and lack of actionable widgets frustrate some. Compatibility with smartwatches and Android 14 is problematic, with crashes reported. Customer support is often criticized as slow and unhelpful. Despite these issues, many users remain highly satisfied, citing smooth setup, fast locking, and consistent performance after months of use.
