Customer Reviews
Some users praise MARTA — Official for its clean design, efficient service, and overall good experience. However, the app receives heavy criticism across key dimensions. For real-time tracking, a few find it helpful, but many report frequent crashes, inaccurate arrival times, and invisible buses due to inactive GPS. Stability is another concern: while some have smooth experiences, most encounter random crashes and forced closures, making the app non-functional during use. The user interface divides opinions—some appreciate the design, but many find the new version unintuitive, cumbersome, and inferior to the old one, with poor navigation and unclear landmarks. Functionality-wise, basic schedule viewing works for some, but others miss removed features like notifying drivers of arrival times, and the app lacks offline capability. Overall, positive feedback is scarce; the majority highlight unreliability, poor usability, and disappointment since the update.
