Customer Reviews
Users generally appreciate Kuku TV for its high-quality content, engaging short dramas, and smooth user experience, making it a good choice for entertainment. However, a major concern revolves around subscription charges: while some users find the free trial appealing, many others report unauthorized auto-payments, such as being charged ₹699 or ₹700 after a ₹1 trial, with no clear consent. Some users describe the app as 'nice' and 'working very well,' but a significant number warn it is a 'scam' that deducts money without proper notification. The billing practices are widely criticized for lacking transparency, leading to frustration and financial loss. Overall, content quality receives positive feedback, but trust in payment systems remains a critical issue.
