Customer Reviews
Users generally praise the app's navigation features, highlighting accurate GPS tracking and clear step-by-step directions that make park exploration easy. Many find the app intuitive and useful for accessing passes and ride details, with some considering it superior to other theme park apps. However, the most common complaint is highly inaccurate ride wait times: while some users find them occasionally correct, many report discrepancies (e.g., 30-minute wait taking over 90 minutes, showing 60 minutes when it's a walk-on). The map function, though helpful, can be challenging to navigate, with issues like persistent spinning and filters not retaining settings. Android users experience glitches (flickering, crashes) that some say render the app unusable on newer devices. Login problems and unreliable ride status (shown open but actually closed) also frustrate users. Overall, the app is a mixed bag: excellent for directions but unreliable for time estimates.
