Customer Reviews
Users consistently praise the app's reliable pickups, friendly drivers, and clean vehicles, with many noting punctuality and helpfulness. However, critical issues arise in key areas: Pricing transparency is mixed—some find it reasonable, while others report estimates being exceeded by €5-10, calling it misleading. Driver availability varies; the app works well in cities like Athens and Valencia but frequently shows 'no drivers' in other areas, leading to long waits. App stability is a concern—some experience smooth booking, but others face persistent freezes, loading failures, and payment method glitches. Customer support is a major pain point: although a few received help, many report no response for days or only a useless chatbot. Cancellation is hidden and frustrating. Security concerns include reports of data leaks and unauthorized charges. Despite these flaws, some users find the service reliable for scheduled rides and basic bookings.
