Customer Reviews
Float Tube is praised for its ability to play YouTube videos or music in the background while using other apps, enabling true multitasking. Many users find it a superior alternative to the official YouTube app. However, opinions differ on key aspects. Regarding ads: some users report a completely ad-free experience, while others complain the app is cluttered with its own advertisements or even calls it fraudulent. For functionality: many call it brilliant and feature-rich, yet others encounter major bugs like video restarting after 3 seconds, crash issues, and error codes (e.g., 'video not reachable'). Some users also note it no longer works properly, displaying 'This video is not available.' The app integrates well with YouTube for some, but others find it requires the mobile app or suffers from lack of lock-screen support. Overall, it's a mixed bag: excellent for background playback when it works, but plagued by stability and ad concerns.
