Based on real user feedback

★ 2.7

Overall, FlixBus earns praise for its affordable prices, comfortable seats, and on-time performance on many routes. Users highlight quick booking and easy app navigation. However, key concerns include: "App reliability" – some find it seamless, while others report bugs, slow payment, and frequent errors; "Customer service" – although some receive remarkable assistance, many face rude phone support, unhelpful refund policies (vouchers instead of cash), and cancellations with little notice; "Onboard experience" – seats are comfortable, but hygiene, particularly toilet odor, is a persistent issue across buses; "Punctuality" – many trips are on schedule, yet delays and mid-journey cancellations are also reported. While some users call it 'fantastic' and 'highly recommend', others describe it as the 'worst experience' and warn against booking. The service appears inconsistent, with strong positives and significant negatives coexisting.
