The app is decent, but it's extremely annoying that an ad dialog pops up every time I open it after a few days. I didn't order these ads and they never match my taste. If it only appeared when there is a ticket alert, I'd accept it. As it is, it's just very irritating. I would appreciate an optional disable feature.

Terrible app. Twice I bought tickets, got errors, then cancellations or duplicates. Support said orders were canceled, but later I was notified they went through, leaving me with double tickets. This happened 2 out of 3 times. I strongly do not recommend Eventim. Better to buy directly at venues or use another service.

Never buy from Eventim if you're not 100% sure you'll attend, or if you live outside Germany/England. Reselling is impossible, even on their official site, if you're not in that country. I lost €160 on two €54 tickets. Expensive, no after-sale support, and they don't care.
