Customer Reviews
Users widely praise Edmunds as a leading source for car reviews, pricing, and expert advice, with many highlighting its intuitive UX and smooth navigation that mirror the website. The app is valued for providing comprehensive information that streamlines research and helps make confident decisions. However, search functionality draws mixed feedback: while some appreciate robust filters and vehicle tracking, others criticize missing key filters (mileage, body type, price/year) and the forced brand/model/year input, which limits flexibility. Stability is a common pain point—reports of crashes, failed loads, and zip code entry causing app failures appear alongside praise for its excellent performance when running. Some users note disappointing inventory accuracy (e.g., showing gas engines for diesel requests or zero listings despite website availability) and reliance on stock images rather than actual photos. Despite these issues, many still consider it a go-to app for automotive research and daily use.
