Customer Reviews
Users overwhelmingly praise Dazzly for its stunning visuals, relaxing gameplay, and satisfying gem-placement sounds, often describing it as addictive and a perfect escape. Many highlight the beautiful jewelry and mandala images. However, there are significant concerns. Ad frequency is a major pain point: ads appear before and after every image and are often unskippable, frustrating many users. The subscription model draws mixed reactions—while some accept it as a premium experience, others deem the weekly fee ($9.99/€10) excessive and object to hidden costs after a short free trial. Functionality issues also arise: some users report images becoming tilted when zooming, gems moving during placement, and occasional crashes that make the app unplayable. Access to content is limited, with free images often featuring pale colors that are hard to see, pushing users toward paid tiers. While a loyal subset finds the price worth it for nightly relaxation, others demand a one-time ad-removal option or lower fees. Overall, the app excels in aesthetic and calming appeal but suffers from aggressive monetization and technical flaws.
