Customer Reviews
Users generally appreciate the app's intuitive design, smooth performance, and high-quality animated stories and songs, finding them enjoyable and visually appealing. However, key concerns center on limited free content—only two stories are accessible without payment, with each additional story costing $2. While some users praise the content quality and offline viewing after initial load, many report persistent technical issues: downloads stuck at 0%, app freezes, failed installations, and constant connectivity errors even when the app claims to work offline. Paid users also face problems requiring internet access. Although the developers fixed a prior login bug, core functionality remains unreliable for several users.
