Customer Reviews
BAND is widely praised as a powerful all-in-one group communication tool, especially for sports teams, churches, and scout troops. Users highlight its comprehensive features—posts, scheduling, maps, attendance, fee collection, and photo sharing—all free with minimal ads. Many call it the best app for groups, offering cross-platform connectivity and excellent organization. Key strengths: functionality for team updates, event management, and real-time communication; intuitive structure; and reliable collaboration. However, some users report inconsistent performance: the latest update broke notifications and comment navigation, photos disappeared, and messages sometimes appear out of order. While many find the interface clean and effective, others describe it as terrible with unresponsive buttons. Similarly, some appreciate automatic notification wake-ups, but others experience notification failures despite enabled settings. The app lacks group video calls and typing indicators, which some users desire. A few also request language change options. Overall, BAND receives strong positive feedback for its utility and value, though occasional bugs and missing features leave some room for improvement.
