Customer Reviews
Users widely praise Taaghche for its extensive library of e-books and audiobooks, responsive customer support, and overall superior experience compared to competitors like Fidibo. Many highlight its value for money and commend the team's dedication. However, opinions are divided on subscription fairness: some find the pricing reasonable with good discounts, while others strongly regret purchasing, noting that paid subscribers still need extra payments for most desired books and that included titles are often low-quality. Functionality receives mixed feedback—while the app is generally user-friendly, academic users criticize the lack of highlighting, note-taking, and text selection features. Stability is another pain point: some users experience flawless performance, but others report that updates frequently delete purchased books without explanation, and audiobook playback stops when switching apps or when the screen turns off. Additionally, some users find the app buggy and frustrating despite years of updates. Overall, Taaghche is seen as a leading Iranian book app with strong features, but it has significant room for improvement in subscription transparency, learning tools, and technical reliability.
